Collective investment undertaking

A collective investment undertaking’s objective is to raise capital from investors in order to invest it collectively in different types of assets (shares, bonds, property, receivables, etc.).

A collective investment undertaking (OPC in French) may request to be entered on a list maintained by the FPS Finance in one of the categories described below. The general Administration of the Treasury checks that the applicant organisation meets the legal and regulatory requirements.
