VAT Refund: U mag nu 1 totaalbedrag per maand ingeven voor uw SOFICO-facturen

Bent u een niet in België gevestigd transportbedrijf? Moet u per kwartaal meer dan 60 facturen van SOFICO, de consessiehouder voor de kilometerheffing in het Waals Gewest, invoeren in het VAT Refund systeem van het land waar u gevestigd bent?

Dan moet u niet meer alle facturen voor de Waalse kilometerheffing afzonderlijk ingeven. U mag tot en met 30 september 2016 in het VAT Refund systeem van het land waar u gevestigd bent:

  • het totale bedrag per maand van de btw en van de maatstaf van heffing invoeren
  • in een PDF-bijlage alle facturen opnemen die dat totale bedrag vormen of er één factuur per maand als voorbeeld in opnemen. U moet wel alle facturen ter beschikking houden voor eventuele controles.

SOFICO zou op korte termijn maandelijks nog maar één globale factuur per transportbedrijf uitreiken. Dan is deze vereenvoudigingsregel niet meer nodig.

You are a transportation company without establishment in Belgium? You have to enter into the VAT Refund system of your country of residence more than 60 invoices per quarter delivered by SOFICO, the operator of the mileage tax in the Walloon region?

In that case you do not have to enter every invoice separately anymore. Until the 30th September 2016 you can, in the VAT Refund system of your country of residence:

  • enter the overall monthly amounts of VAT and tax base
  • mention in a PDF all the invoices which constitute the overall monthly amount or one invoice per month as an example. You must in any case keep all invoices available for verification.

SOFICO should shortly deliver only one global monthly invoice per transportation company. At that moment this simplification measure will not apply anymore.

Sind Sie ein nicht in Belgien ansässiges Transportunternehmen? Müssen Sie pro Quartal mehr als 60 Rechnungen, ausgegeben von SOFICO, der Konzessionär der Kilometerangabe für Schwerlastfahrzeuge in der Wallonischen Region, eintragen im VAT Refund System des Landes indem sie ansässig sind?

Dann müssen Sie ab jetzt nicht mehr jede Rechnung separat eintragen. Bis zum 30. September 2016 dürfen Sie, im VAT Refund System des Landes indem sie ansässig sind:

  • die globale Beträge pro Monat eingeben
  • entweder alle Rechnungen, die in diesem globalen Betrag enthalten sind, oder eine Rechnung pro Monat als Beispiel in PDF-Format beifügen. Sie müssen aber alle Rechnungen für eventuelle Prüfungen verfügbar halten.

SOFICO soll demnächst nur noch monatliche Gesamtrechnungen ausgeben. Ab dann wird dieses Vereinfachungsverfahren nicht mehr notwendig sein.
